Don't Give me a Winter in Aratika
Don’t give us a winter on our farm. Your cold blistering wind freezes our hands, when we drive our quad bikes. Your rain make our paddocks wet and splattered with mud, your rain is so bad that our cows suffocate in your mud and makes all the creeks rise and drown our newborn calves, Your loud and crackling thunder storms scare the newborn calves to death. In the mornings your white cold frost covers everything, causing all of our animals water to freeze. Why do you not give us long hot days with a gentle breeze. And only have small amounts of rain so the grass can grow, and let us have nice warm nights, so our calves can cuddle up to their mothers, before they are taken away the next day. And let there be less mud so our cow don’t suffocate. Winter have it less likely for there to be accidents on the machinery by giving us nice fine weather. Give us nice warm breezes so we can go out to the lake on weekends and go for nice swims in the nice cool lake. Although you may give us nice sunny days, so work is made easier for the workers on the farm.
The image in my mind, is that there is someone begging the giant man in the sky to cast a shed over the boys farm so he and his family and his farm animals can live their normal life
